Procedural Stages

Evaluation of recipient cervical vessels (facial artery, internal jugular vein).
Harvest of Pectoralis Major Myocutaneous (PMMC) or regional pedicled flaps.
Micro-vascular anastomosis for free tissue transfers (ALT/Forearm flaps).
Flap inset verifying tissue viability and tension-free suturing.
