Surgical Clearance Protocol

This protocol details the clinical parameters, resection boundaries, and anatomical checkpoints managed during the procedure. The priority is achieving R0 (microscopically negative) margins while preserving surrounding neural and vascular structures.

Procedural Stages

Exploration of the peritoneal cavity to calculate the Peritoneal Cancer Index (PCI).
Radical cytoreduction aimed at achieving zero residual tumor (CC-0).
Peritoneal stripping, omentectomy, bowel resection as needed.
Perfusion of hyperthermic chemotherapy (42°C) for 60-90 minutes.
