HIPAA Medical Document Upload Regulations
Patient confidentiality is a clinical priority. All diagnostic uploads, including biopsy reports, CT scans, and clinical logs transmitted through the case intake console, undergo secure SSL encryption and are processed under strict patient-physician confidentiality.
1. Data Storage
Patient reports are stored on encrypted servers with access restricted strictly to the surgical oncology team. No records are shared with third-party networks without explicit written patient authorization.
2. Right of Erasure
Patients hold the right to request deletion of their digitally stored medical files and clinical summaries at any point post-consultation. Requests can be submitted to: gill.surgonc@gmail.com.
