Surgical Clearance Protocol

This protocol details the clinical parameters, resection boundaries, and anatomical checkpoints managed during the procedure. The priority is achieving R0 (microscopically negative) margins while preserving surrounding neural and vascular structures.

Procedural Stages

Planning parenchymal rearrangement incisions.
Mobilization of adjacent breast tissue flaps.
Volume displacement or local tissue rearrangement to fill surgical cavity.
Contralateral breast adjustment (mastopexy/reduction) for symmetry if required.
